About us
An independent guide to America's med spas
We built US Med Spa Directory to make choosing a medical spa clearer, calmer, and more trustworthy - with rankings you can actually rely on.
The medical spa industry has grown quickly, and finding a reputable provider can be overwhelming. Search results are crowded with ads, and it's often hard to tell who genuinely offers medically supervised care. We created this directory to cut through that noise.
What we do
We catalog and independently rank medical spas across 34 states and 100 cities - 611 listings in total. For every city, we publish a clear, comparable ranking so you can quickly see your strongest local options and dig into the details that matter.
Independent by design
We do not accept payment for placement or ranking. Our evaluations rely on publicly available information and consistent editorial judgment. You can read exactly how we score providers on our methodology page.
Not medical advice
This site is for information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always confirm a provider's credentials and consult a qualified professional before any treatment.
